We source our Cod from the major Scottish fish markets of Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Kinlochbervie and Shetland. A very versatile fish, its mild flavour allows it to pair well with stronger flavours from the Orient or the subtle flavours of the Mediterranean. Forming large white flakes when cooked. Great pan fried, deep fried, steamed or baked. Cod is a great source of lean protein with vey little fat. Also a great source of Vitamin B12, phosphorus and niacin.
