Smoked Haddock

We source our haddock from the major ports of Peterhead and Fraserburgh. We smoked our haddocks the traditional way to produce a truly delicious product, no artificial colouring or preservatives used. Simply poach in milk and serve with poached eggs for the ultimate weekend breakfast or use as the star in a classic Cullen Skink Soup – delivered chilled, vacuum packed in pairs.
