Kippers

Our kippers are famed across the North East of Scotland and beyond. We take plump herrings, hand cut then brine them before smoking in our traditional kiln over whisky barrel shavings. For the ultimate breakfast, grill your kippers and serve with a couple of poached eggs. Delivered chilled vacuum packed in pairs.
