We take the best quality Scottish fish, prepare it with great care and attention before dry salting or wet brining. Our traditional kiln burns whisky barrel shavings sourced from the nearby Speyyside Cooperage, we pride ourselves in not using any artificial colours or preservatives in our process. Recently we partnered with coastal distillery Glenglassaugh to create a luxury smoked salmon infused with Glenglassaugh Peated Torfa Single Malt Whisky, which won an award at the prestigious North East of Scotland Food and Drink Awards.
