Quick to prepare and cook, our Scallops are very popular with our wholesale and domestic customer. We source our scallops from Shetland where they flourish in the cold clean waters. We deal primarily with King Scallops complete with roe. Available in a selection of size, 250g, 500g and 1 kilo tubs.
For a quick and easy supper dish, dry your scallops then season with salt, pepper and a light sprinkling of curry powder. Pan fry your scallop in a hot frying pan for approximately 4 minutes, turning half-way through. Serve with dressed salad leaves and crusty bread.
