We source our sea trout from Oban in the north of Scotland. Similar in taste to Salmon it will work well with your favourite salmon recipe. Try scoring the skin before seasoning well and pan frying. Don’t over cook it ! Always remember that fish will continue to cook once removed from the heat. Great with new season potatoes and hollandaise sauce.  Equally as good grilled, baked, steamed or poached.
