Our Tuna is sourced from the Mediterranean and arrives into us on a Tuesday. Flashed frozen when caught it can be classed as a ready to eat product allowing it to be used in Sushi, Tartare or Seared ‘Rare’. Try coating your tuna steak in black and white sesame seeds before searing in hot oil. It should only take a couple of minutes either side. Remove from the heat and leave to rest for a few minutes before serving with oriental noodles or sushi rice.
